We are the controller responsible for your personal data.

Information you give us

• Account information: email address and display name.
• Fitness profile: height, weight, age or date of birth, biological sex, goals, training experience, equipment, session preferences, and similar information you enter during onboarding or in settings.
• Body and training data: body measurements, workout logs, and progress you record in the App.

Health data (with your permission)

• With your explicit consent, the App reads and writes data through Apple Health (HealthKit) — for example weight, workouts, and heart-rate data — to provide its features. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Information collected automatically

• Subscription status: whether you have an active trial or Pro subscription (billing itself is processed by Apple; we do not receive your card details).
• Diagnostics and usage analytics: only if you opt in. This helps us find crashes and improve the App. You can turn it off any time in Settings → Privacy.
• Device and technical data: basic technical information needed to run the App (such as app version and device type).

We use your data to:

• create and deliver your personalized workout and nutrition plans and coaching;
• process the information through automated and AI systems to generate those plans and suggestions (see Section 5);
• operate your account, subscription, and free trial;
• send you notifications you have enabled (such as workout reminders);
• fix problems, keep the App secure, and improve it;
• comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (health data, analytics, notifications), and our legitimate interests (security and improvement).

We take health data seriously. Data obtained through HealthKit:

• is used only to provide the App's features;
• is never used for advertising or marketing;
• is never sold; and
• is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the App to you (see Section 6).

To generate plans, nutrition targets, and coaching, some of your profile and training data is processed by automated systems and third-party artificial-intelligence providers acting on our behalf. We share with them only what is needed to produce your results, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Apple — for app distribution, subscriptions, and (with your permission) HealthKit.
• Our cloud/infrastructure provider — to store and process your data so the App works. Our servers are currently hosted in the United States, so your data may be transferred to and processed there.
• AI service providers — to generate plans and coaching, as described in Section 5.
• A buyer or successor — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you and this Policy will continue to apply.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Because we are based in Vietnam, our servers are in the United States, and users may be located elsewhere, your data may be transferred across borders. We take steps to protect it in line with applicable law.

We keep your personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• export your data — available in-app at Settings → Privacy → Export data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your account and data — available in-app at Settings → Privacy → Delete account;
• withdraw consent (for example, revoke Health access or turn off analytics);
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

If you enable them, we send push notifications (for example, workout reminders). You can turn these off in the App or in your device settings.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, in the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above).
